Chris has been with us since our start 10 years ago, and is responsible for our burgers to meet the standards of the Chef de Cuisine with the aim of delighting and surprising our customers.

Josh

Chef


Josh has been with us for 5 years now, and is responsible for the creation of the menu that you see today. He loves fishing and making pastries on his days off!

Derek

Junior Chef


Derek is our new excited joiner and she runs the sides & garnishes frying station in a kitchen, and report to our Sous Chef Amalia.
